We believe our business model is unique. We give homeowners who know their home would benefit from anything from a little TLC to a full renovation, but don't have the time or finances, the chance to share in the equity increase we can deliver.
Essentially we pay for everything, then when the property is sold we share in the profit we have generated.
Why would we do this?
Simply, most developers pay thousands in fees on each project, these fees are factored in, and come off our gross profits. By working directly with the homeowner we have the opportunity to bypass those costs. We might not make as much, but we are getting more money for homeowners when they sell their homes, and thats a good thing. The best bit, while we will still pay tax on our services, you will normally be selling your primary residence, and that means all the extra money should be tax free.
